SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time. Please refer to the product description for details.

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic and international orders.

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Delivery Times:

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Due to our status as a cottage food business, we only ship within California and are unable to fulfill orders outside of the state.

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

 

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

  • You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.

 

Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays may affect delivery times.

  • We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations and will do our best to keep you informed of any delays or issues with your shipment.

 

Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders or promotions that are  $50.00 and over. Please refer to the specific promotion details for eligibility requirements.

REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility:

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Winter Grace Sugar-Free Chocolates. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment to request a return or refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment processor's policies.

 

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you are shipping an item over $75.00, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect for our records.

 

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
